Imbodyment Health & Beauty Expo (IHBE) is an all encompassing health and beauty event for women. IHBE consists of a hair show, makeup show, fashion show, photography display, health screenings, health education, relationship panel, fitness demos, food and much more!

IHBE is a one-day event created for the celebration of womanhood! With all the stress everyday life may bring its always refreshing to get away and indulge in the things you enjoy. IHBE wants to replenish your zest for life by providing you with all the ammunition you need to live life to the fullest.
